We have an ongoing issue in the integration between our Salesforce.com App and Box but likely only in our Non Production environment.
- Back a few months the Salesforce/Box integration stopped working in our UAT and hotfix environments (non Production). Production working BAU.
- Explanation at the time was a bit vague but seems some changes in Test setup that did not happen in production
- Since then all efforts seem to be how to make it work and less on root cause or rollback of change.
September 20th We raised issue
September 28th a call was arranged
September 30th a potential fix was offered
October 7th 2nd follow up call as previous solutions
November 29th still no further progress
