Help me understand Storage Used calculation

On my free Box account, I have 20Gb of space available. Currently, I have 1 folder which size is 10.5 Gb at the moment. However, when I go to Account Settings -> Account Details, I see 18.8 GB of 20.0 GB are used.

What is the 8 Gb difference, given that the Trash is empty?
