Adding Box addin to Ipad Bluebeam

I am trying to add my box account on my ipad bluebeam. The get past the screen asking for my username, password, 2 ype password authorization and then, I keep getting sorry we couldn't find this page. I contacted Bluebeam and they said this is a box issue.

  I have this issue, except the 2FA submit button does not function at all.
