Cannot submit ticket
AnsweredHas anyone had any issues submitting a support ticket? I am trying to submit a ticket to expedite the approval of my app. I've been redirected to Submit a request – Box Support multiple times, but there is nowhere on the page to submit a ticket.
Eventually I want to get my app approved for the gallery. But I can't even submit a ticket. Is this the correct page to submit a ticket?

Hello Matt,
The email address you are logged in with is associated with a free developer account, which is why you are unable to submit a support ticket. You will need to upgrade to a paid account in order to receive support from our support team or login with an email address associated with a paid account - apologies for the inconvenience! I will connect internally with the team in charge of the approval to publish an app to the gallery and report back.

Thanks Kourtney. I have even tried to upgrade to a paid account just to submit a request. But every time I attempt to upgrade, the UI asks me to enter an email address, and then it says that the email address is already in use. It's like it is trying to create a new account instead of upgrading. But, if we can just get the app approved, that's really all I'm looking for. We have a customer who wishes to use our integration, but he needs to see the app in the gallery in order for his organization to approve its use.
