Getting blank images on download

Hi, im trying to download files with DownloadAsync method, i get the files but im getting empty files, when i close my code (dll, winforms, etc) , the images are loaded at 100%, it seems to be stored on memory and when the process is closed, the images are loaded, any suggestions?
