Box Support - No Response

Submitted a Box Support ticket, no response after escalation to Box API support. Emailed Box rep, no response.

Ticket has been created a month ago. Can we please get some assistance?

    Box Support needs to step up to the plate like the other big platforms do. Call-back, direct phone support for enterprise licensing, at least!
