    Sorry to hear about the issue with your download. To make sure that every angle is checked, I will need you to do the following:

    • Try to clear cache and cookies from your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try using different browsers and see if it makes any difference when downloading the file.
    • Try disabling add-ons or extensions on your browser/s
    • Please make sure that 3rd party cookies is enabled in your browser
