I am trying to change role but have the following error

• You do not have permission to confirm this administrator transfer.

• You may not confirm the administrator transfer. Please log out and try again after logging in as the administrator.

  Welcome to Box Community and glald to help! 

  For security, Box is adding zero-trust enhancements for admins. 

  And for your successful Admin transfer, don't forget to check these: 

  • The user's taking over your Admin ownership is using your verified domain. 
  • Verify your domain accordingly and here's how. 
  • Once you've confirmed the above, please proceed and change your Admin.
