Unable to view documents

I can't view any documents that have been shared with me. I am not sure this is a permissions issue as I was able to view any documents last Friday.

 

Could this be a sync issue as the folders appear grey?

  To fix your preview error, please try these troubleshooting steps: 

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, here's how. 
  • Make sure you're using your browser's latest version, find out if yours is updated. 
  • Disable plugins/add-ons/extensions.
  • Check if your firewall is configured.
