Unable to view documents
AnsweredI can't view any documents that have been shared with me. I am not sure this is a permissions issue as I was able to view any documents last Friday.
Could this be a sync issue as the folders appear grey?

To fix your preview error, please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, here's how.
- Make sure you're using your browser's latest version, find out if yours is updated.
- Disable plugins/add-ons/extensions.
- Check if your firewall is configured.
