To help you fix this error, did you already tried the following?
- Log out and log in to the Box website?
- Please try your alternate browser.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Make sure your browser is up to date. https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696234-Understand-the-Box-Policy-For-Browser-And-OS-Support
- Check your firewall if configured.
- Disable plugins,add-ons,extensions in multiple browsers.
