What is going on… when I sign in I can’t see any of my files and keep receiving this error message: Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact your IT administrator if you continue to run into this issue.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  To help you fix this error, did you already tried the following? 

  • Log out and log in to the Box website? 
  • Please try your alternate browser. 
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Make sure your browser is up to date. https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696234-Understand-the-Box-Policy-For-Browser-And-OS-Support
  • Check your firewall if configured. 
  • Disable plugins,add-ons,extensions in multiple browsers.
