Create new folder and Collaboration then send notification to Collaboration to access that

I have checked the box api but did not find the function to create folder and Collaboration using PHP. I wanna  to create the folder and Collaboration through curl without page referesh. Please let me know or send me the link where I can find the documentation or sample code my requirement.  I have tried to create the folder but it is showing empty result and did not see folder created in account.
