Getting 500 Internal error in BOX API
Hi ,
I am making the call to Following API
1)URL : https://app.box.com/index.php?rm=box_master_reports_get_total_event_count_json
2)Mehtod : POST
3)parameter
Getting following response :

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error [Server: ATS, Date: Mon, 19 Dec 20**removed**:31:46 GMT, Content-Type: text/html, Content-Length: 60707, ETag: "58531718-ed23", Age: 0, Connection: keep-alive] org.apache.http.conn.BasicManagedEntity@cc9e2fc
Can anyone suggest what would be the reason for failing in response ?

This seems to be related to the incident on Tuesday that you can read about it here:
"Box Engineers have determined that the impact to Crocodoc and View API services, as well as installer downloads (Box Sync, Box Edit, Box Notes, Box for Office), are caused by issues with Amazon S3. Engineers are currently monitoring the status of Amazon S3 services."
