Hi,

While accessing the box public url in my web application we are getting the following error. Please have a look at it.

 

Error : 

It appears that your firewall may be blocking Box or you are encountering an error. Please contact your IT administrator to configure your firewall to recognize all sub-domains of .box.com, .box.net, .boxcloud.com and .boxcdn.net. The ports used on these domains are 80 and 443.

 

I have checked the firewall settings of my server the suggested ports are used and everything looks fine.

 

Any help appreciated.

  there is an article that explains which URLs have to be opened on your firewall to enable a succesful usage of BOX: https://community.box.com/t5/Account-Information/Configuring-A-Firewall-For-Box-Applications/ta-p/12
