user IP address / location information

Hello,  

    Is there currently any API that we can use to get the IP address of a BOX user, or the location information (such as longitude or latitude)

when the user is using BOX, I am in a develop team to develop an application to monitor the security of different cloud platform. And we need

more login information for BOX user if possible.

    Hope someone can help.

  Hello ,

   

  I think that there is no support for that on the API.

   

  Nevertheless, on the administration console, there is a section for reporting where you can execute queries and generate reports where the IP is included.

   

  So, not accessible for real time monitoring but maybe works for you.
