Error parsing PKCS private key for Box Developer Edition

I'm getting the private key error when running a java program to upload a report into a box folder. When I run from Eclipse, it runs fine, but when I move the class file to Tomcat and run via the web, it produces the error below. I have verified that the JCE files from Oracle have been placed into the /lib/security directory for the Java installation. In fact, I have put the JCE files in many different spots to see if Tomcat was missing the files from the JRE. But they are there. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Here's the error:
