We have a project that uses the box.com upload widget. This widget allows anyone to upload a file and provide their email address to us. When we log into our portal, we can see all of the files and the email address of the uploader (which is completely separate from our box.com login).
We are trying to build a reporting tool that lists all of the files that have been uploaded along with the email address of the public visitor who uploaded the file. We can get a list of the files no problem, but have not been able to get the email address. We were told to use the get-a-folders-items call. The created_by and modified_by users are always Anonymous with no email address. I have searched through the API calls and have been unable to find out how to obtain this bit of information.
Does anybody have any insight into this?
