    It looks like this might involve some further investigation from our User Services team. Please submit a support case and we will be happy to take a look. To help with investigation I would suggest gathering a HAR capture in Safari when you reproduce the issue and submitting it with your support case. You can reference this document from our community that includes instructions for generating a HAR in Safari.
