How to delete an custom app without contacting the support

As I've created some incorrect custom apps, I want to delete them from the "admin panel". I've already deleted them from the "developer panel". But in the "admin panel", it said

 

When I go to the support page, it said I'm not a pro user and I'm only able to submit in the community forums, so what should I do?

  Hi braden,

   

  Just completed the netskope training and am in the same boat - can't delete the custom apps in the admin console because I'm a free user. Is this something that you can help with?
