Is it possible to create a file on the box drive using BOX API through my java application?

  We have an API endpoint to upload a file, but we don't have an API endpoint to create a new file. 

   

  You would first have to create the file on your local machine, and then upload this file using the Upload File endpoint. 

   

  Here is the Box API endpoint to upload a file. We have a Java SDK that you can use to make this API call.
