Free developer account vs upgraded account rate limit

Is the rate limit impacted by what type of account we test with?  Currently we have the free account that we are testing against and it seems like a small number of calls (probably around 10 per second) is allowed.  Would upgrading allow us to make more api calls a second?

  Hello! Thanks for your question. The API rate limits are not currently impacted by the type of account.
