I know that you can request an embedded link for a particular file through the Content API, but I do not want to launch the link inside an iframe.
Is there any way that I can return the embedded link (in some form) to Box from my web app (via callbacks?) such that it causes the page to redirect to the provided link?
If callbacks do not have this functionality, does anyone know of another way to obtain this behavior (i.e. what if instead of my web app being server side only, it opened as a pop up)?
I would like the user to be able to choose the "..." tab next to a file and launch my web app, which for now will simply obtain the temporary embedded link through a get request and push that url back to the Box page, causing it to redirect to the view of that file.
