Expiring Embed Link hide logo

Hi Box Support team,

I used this API through the Java SDK to get a preview link: https://developer.box.com/guides/embed/box-embed/#expiring-embed-links

However, when I configure my enterprise as described in order to hide the Box logo, it still shows up in the preview.

How do I get the Box logo to be hidden, or replaced with the enterprise's custom logo?

I realize this is a duplicate of https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360049149594-Replacing-box-logo-on-content-preview-widget

but that answer was from two years ago.
