Box.com app & Box Drive - when to use what

I am going to create cheat sheet for staff to help them know when Box.com app is their best bet and when Box Drive is ideal. I've started drafting, but before going further, I was wondering if such a document exists already -- either through Box or other users. 

The main thing is explaining some of the advantages of using the online tool (collections, bookmarks, working collaboratively, etc). But I also want to go a bit broader than that.
