Is support always this much of an issue?
AnsweredI started a trial two weeks ago and need to change my seat count from 18 to 13 ASAP. Reason being I need to use Box Shuttle to migrate some data, but it is not available during the trial period. I have now opened two separate support cases over the past FOUR DAYS with what seems like a very simple request. Change my trial seats from 18 to 13 so that I can immediately convert to paid and start using the product. Is support normally this unresponsive? Seems like they would be eager to help in a situation where someone is trying to pay them early.
