    Hey Lin,

Sync Now removes collaborations for users that should no longer have access to content - this keeps them from being able to get to the content in the main Box UI anymore. So, let's say you remove access rights for a Salesforce user from an object/account you have Box configured for...removing the user's permissions doesn't automatically remove their access immediately in Box - clicking sync now will do that action right then. It will not remove users that you collaborated manually in Box - only the ones that were collaborated via the integration. Hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Hi Alex, Thanks.

    >>access rights for a Salesforce user from an object/account

Did you mean read write permission of object?

The permissions you have in Box mirror the ones you have in Salesforce. So if a user can edit an object in Salesforce, they could be able to in Box.

    Hope this helps!
