    Hi Michael,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

The error message you receive: "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you" typically comes up if the Shared link access is limited to certain users.

When I checked the Shared link access of the file you shared, it appears to be set to "Collaborators", this means only users who are collaborators of the file or the folder where the file is located may access the link.

You would need to contact the owner of this link to request access, its either they adjust the link access for you or invite you as a collaborator in content.

Let us know if you have any questions and we will do our best to help you!

    Regards,

  • Lamin M Sabally,

I sent the employer an invitation to upload records. The employer accepted the invitation and uploaded all the records. But I cannot see any of those records from my end. This is not the first time something like this happened. Annoying!

Until yesterday I was able to access this Box folder: https://nike.ent.box.com/s/pgwwfmrkch75a3uaw1y334yj6ahd2ugv but I now receive this message, "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you."

I believe the owner of the folder is no longer with our company. How can I get access again?
