IP Ranges for Box.com ( API and FTP )

I have searched around for a listing of ranges, but the best I can find is responses to similar questions, where support will be contacted and they will reach out.
Is the IP information still not listed anywhere?

Hi,
Our IPs change frequently per this support article. I would whitelist the urls listed in that article.
