In this case, which is appropriate: App Access Only or App + Enterprise Access?

I'm developing an auto-upload program for my company. The company stores their files on an Enterprise level folder. The only thing my program needs to do is upload files to folders within this Enterprise level folder. I don't need to manage users, settings, or handle previously uploaded content. Would App Access Only be sufficient even though I'm uploading to an Enterprise?

    App Access Only should be sufficient... assuming you only need to programmatically access the content you upload through this service.
