Box Governance allows organizations to manage their content’s lifecycle by powering business processes with flexible retention schedules, preserving content for defensible discovery, and managing the disposition of content. We are excited to announce we are making improvements around disposition and will soon be releasing a disposition report. This new report will allow Box Admins to easily see what content is going to be disposed of within a specific timeframe of their interest (eg. content that will be disposed of in the next 30 days, 3 months, or a custom data range).
This enhancement will give admins more visibility into content nearing expiration and the snapshot of upcoming dispositions will help prevent the loss of valuable content.
