Box tools are installed but still unable to open any spreadsheets

Hey,

I am unable to open my excel or other spreadsheets even after installing Box tools many times and unable to complete my work. I restarted my system also.

Could you please help?

  You may want to run these basic troubleshooting steps to address your issue. 

  • Use a different browser, network connection or machine. 
  • Make sure your browser's updated. 
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, here's how. 
  • Check if your firewall is configured.
  • You may want to disable your plugins/add-ons/extensions.
