I cannot seem to find where to open a support ticket for technology help. Where can I do that?

Same issue. I have a message that pops up that says "
Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue." When I click on the link I go to the main support page, but I don't see where I'm supposed to open support case.

Bonnie, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS as I am having just as much trouble as everyone else in finding where to submit. The other companies my employer has contracts with have dedicated support channels that are front and center and easily accessible, and this has been so frustrating. You are my hero!
