Box will end support for Box Drive, Box Sync & Box Tools on macOS 11 on April 30th, 2023. Per our OS support policy, we will maintain support for Box on the two latest versions of macOS. macOS12 and above don’t support kernel-extensions. As a result Box Drive will only support file provider extension mode after this EOL date. Following the EOL date, users will still be able to access these applications on macOS11, but will be entirely unsupported by Box, including all security patches.
