This topic describes the data tiles that administrators can view and configure on the Platform dashboard on the Insights (Admin Console > Insights) page. Some data tiles are charts, presenting data graphically, and some data tiles are cards, presenting data numerically.
The Platform Insights dashboard consists of the following tiles:
- API Calls
- Chargeable AI API Calls Tile
- Chargeable API Calls
- Pending App Authorization
- Pending App Enablement
- Platform Active Users
- Platform Bandwidth
- Platform Monthly Active Users
- Platform Storage
- Top Apps

API Calls Tile
The API Calls tile contains a line chart that gives you detailed statistics about your platform usage during the time period you select (the default is 90 days).
- To see how many API calls occurred at any given time, move your pointer anywhere along the graph.
- To change the date range of this graph, click and drag the endpoints of the mini graph below the main graph.
The Filter button () opens a side panel where you can select which activities to show in the chart and the date range for those activities. You must select at least one activity. For Date Range, you can select:
- Last 30 days
- Last 60 days
- Last 90 days (default)
- Custom range, and then select a start and end date
The Download Report button () will generate a Platform Activity report with a date range that matches the configured date range of the chart.
Chargeable AI API Calls Tile
The Chargeable AI API Calls tile is a card that shows you the total number of chargeable AI API calls have been made within your organization to-date during the current calendar month.

The Chargeable API Calls tile is a card that shows you the total number of chargeable API calls have been made within your organization to-date during the current calendar month.
The Run Activity Report link will generate a Platform Activity report with Chargeable API calls selected and a date range of the current calendar month.
Pending App Authorization Tile
The Pending App Authorization tile is a card that shows you the number of server authentication apps awaiting admin approval in the Custom Apps Manager tab in Admin Console > Apps.
The Go to App Manager link will take you to the Custom Apps Manager tab in Apps.
Pending App Enablement Tile
The Pending App Enablement tile is a card that shows you the number of server and user authentication apps awaiting admin enablement in the Custom Apps Manager tab in Admin Console > Apps.
The Go to App Manager link will take you to the Custom Apps Manager tab in Apps.
Platform Active Users Tile
The Platform Active Users tile contains a line chart that gives you detailed statistics about how many users were active on your platform during the time period you have selected (the default is 90 days).
- To see how many platform users were active at any given time, move your pointer anywhere along the graph.
- To change the date range of this graph, click and drag the endpoints of the mini graph below the main graph.
Click Show Details to view a list of the number of platform active users by day for the time period you have selected.

- Last 30 days
- Last 60 days
- Last 90 days (default)
- Custom range, and then select a start and end date

Platform Bandwidth Tile
The Platform Bandwidth tile contains a line chart that gives you detailed statistics about how much bandwidth was consumed on your platform during the time period you have selected (the default is 90 days).
- To see how much bandwidth was consumed at any given time, move your pointer anywhere along the graph.
- To change the date range of this graph, click and drag the endpoints of the mini graph below the main graph.
Click Show Details to view a list of the amount of bandwidth consumed by day for the time period you have selected.
The Filter button () opens a side panel where you can select the date range for the chart. You can select:
- Last 30 days
- Last 60 days
- Last 90 days (default)
- Custom range, and then select a start and end date
The Download Report button () will generate a Platform Activity report with a date range that matches the configured date range of the chart.
Platform Monthly Active Users Tile
The Platform Monthly Active Users tile is a card that shows you the total number of unique active users of your platform APIs to-date during during the current calendar month, and the percentage of increase or decrease from the previous month.
The Run Activity Report link will generate a Platform Activity report with a date range of the current calendar month.
Platform Storage Tile
The Platform Storage tile contains a line chart that gives you detailed statistics about how much storage was used by your platform apps during the time period you have selected (the default is 90 days).
- To see how much storage was used at any given time, move your pointer anywhere along the graph.
- To change the date range of this graph, click and drag the endpoints of the mini graph below the main graph.
Click Show Details to view a list of the amount of storage used by day for the time period you have selected.

Top Apps Tile
The Top Apps tile is a bar chart that shows you the top five platform apps that have made the most chargeable API calls during the past month, ordered by the app with the most activity. Hover over each bar to see the number of chargeable API calls for that app during the past month.
Click Show Details to view a list of all of your your platform apps that have made chargeable API calls during the past month and the number of chargeable API calls for each.
