We've seen this error if there is some kind of network issue or an error with the set up of EMM.
- Please ensure no network changes have been made that would impact the Box for EMM connection to the MDM provider's servers.
- Please also check and make sure there are no errors with the set up for the Box for EMM app in your MDM provider console. A common mistake we see is having 'ManagementID' listed instead of 'Management ID'.
