Today we gave Box Shield Admins the ability to configure a list of external users (in addition to domains) to be exempt from external collaboration restriction of an access policy so that approved external users can access content bearing a classification that restricts external collaboration.
This will also allow specified users to collaborate even if their domain is denied.
We now also allow Box Shield Admins to enable external collaboration restriction for future external collaboration only, so that the access policies don't apply retroactively to external collaborators and negatively impact existing business process.
