We released the ability to automatically include the date and timestamp within the signature frame any time a recipient applies their e-signature to a signature request. Additionally, Admins and Co-Admins can determine whether to disable or enable the entire signature frame altogether, including the signature request ID and Box Sign logo. These features are controlled by settings that are configured within the Admin Console by Admins or Co-Admins.
When the 'Date and Timestamp' setting is enabled, recipients of a signature request will see the date and timestamp applied automatically after applying their e-signature to a signature request. When the 'Enable signature frame' setting is disabled, signers will only see their signature without the date and timestamp, signature request ID, and Box Sign logo.
The time zone is based on the sender's time zone and signature requests that have been enabled to support 21 CFR Part 11 requirements are not affected by this setting.
