Email address field in Box Forms (Jul 2025)

We introduced a dedicated email address field in Box Forms. This field enables users to collect email addresses from Box Forms submissions using the standard email address format (username@domain.tld) and email address entries will be validated based on utilization of the proper format. Users are able to leverage email addresses collected via the email address field to automate downstream processes, like configuring Box Relay workflows to automatically send generated documents for e-signature to the collected email addresses using a combination of Relay outcomes.
