We’re excited to share two important updates to Box Forms.
1) Box Forms Embedding in iFrame (New Feature)
We’ve added iFrame embedding for Box Forms enabling users to embed Box Forms wherever iFrames are supported. This enables seamless integration into websites, portals, and internal tools.
2) Unique Form Titling
We’ve ensured Forms have unique titles to make it easier for form creators to manage and deploy their forms. Form Titles are now unique, meaning each form must have a distinct title. Form names can still be duplicated, allowing flexibility in how forms are displayed (i.e. its possible for user to have multiple forms named "NDA".)
What does this mean for existing forms?
If a form already has a duplicate Form Title, it can no longer be edited and saved until it’s renamed.
Users will be prompted to rename duplicate Form Titles. No forms will be deactivated, and all existing forms will remain active in their current state unless updated.
