Classification labels allow you to create, modify, and delete security classification identifiers for content in your organization's Box deployment. These labels are used by Box Shield where classification labels allow you to classify files based on their sensitivity and enforce access policies associated with that sensitivity level.
In order to provide increased visibility into activities occurring on classified data, we have added classification name to item events in the event API, including:
- Preview
- Download
- Update
- Move
- Delete
- And more
This will allow us to add classification names to the user activities report in the future.
