We will no longer support Box Drive, Box Tools, Box for Office, and Box Sync on Windows 7 as of January 2022. Customers will be able to use the current versions of the desktop products they have on Windows 7 but they will not receive any new features, updates, or bug fixes. If you would like to continue getting the latest and greatest Box desktop features, we would recommend that you upgrade to a newer Windows OS.
