Content Manager gives you complete administrative visibility and control over content across your organization, enabling admins to find, view, access, and perform certain actions on content owned by your organization's managed users. We have now released a new feature, classification management, which includes the following enhancements:
- Add, edit, and remove classification for single files and in bulk on selected files and folders
- Classify a folder and cascade classification to underlying content
- Override existing classification for files in a folder
- View classification labels on the files list and easily view details
- View details of classification labels they are going to apply
- Manage classification on the search results and in the browsing view
- View classifications with Correct Tooltip in Search
- Edit Classifications from Search
- Quickly find content with specific classification label using Classification filter in the sidebar
