Last April, we released a new and improved Content Manager, delivering a new modernized enterprise content search and management experience. The new Content Manager includes all features from our legacy experience, as well as improved performance and scalability and new additional functionalities, including:
- New search experience with advanced search syntax and range of search filters
- Ability to search by shared link and file/folder ID
- Improved content restoration flow
- Ability to search for trashed content
- Trash sorting and browsing of trashed folders
- Classification management
With the introduction of the new UI, we have retired our legacy content manager on February 11, 2026.
