Click the Box AI icon to open a side-panel that allows you to access Box AI while still giving you full access to the Box Note itself without disruption. Use it to ask questions and summarize your document, or to generate and refine new content. Box AI can distinguish between Q&A and composition prompts to deliver the most relevant response.
Add the generated text to your document with the "Add to Note" button to boost your productivity in Box Notes. For users who prefer a larger workspace—useful for longer prompts or table formatting—there’s a “Switch to modal view” option at the top right of the side panel.
