Box Notes now makes it easier to give clear feedback, keep your notes organized, and shape your content the way you want.
- Formatted comments and replies: Add bold, italic, underscore, links, and bulleted or numbered lists to comments and replies. Select text to bring up the formatting toolbar.
- Find and organize notes faster: The name of a note's parent folder now appears next to its title. Click it to open the folder, or to move the note somewhere else. When choosing a folder, you can also set it as the default save location for new notes.
- Simpler sharing: A new Share window brings shared link settings and collaborator invitations together in one place, including access levels and collaborator roles.
- Smoother writing: Press Enter in the title to start typing in the body right away. Click between blocks, such as tables or images, to add a new line.
- Updated content picker: A refreshed experience for browsing and choosing Box content to add to your notes.
- Drag and drop sections: Reorganize a note by dragging a section (a heading and everything under it) to a new spot.
