As part of investigating your support case, you may be asked to grant login access to your Salesforce account.
Grant login access
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the Salesforce window, then select My Settings.
- In the Settings menu, select Personal > Grant Account Login Access (type "grant" in search bar to find this).
- In the table that appears, find Box Support near the bottom. From the drop-down menu on the right, select 1 Month.
- Click Save.
After you grant access, reply to your support case with your organization ID so we can locate your org.
Find your organization ID
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Salesforce window, then select Setup.
- In the Setup menu, select Company Information (type "company" in search bar to find this).
- Your organization ID is listed in the Company Information section.
