A smarter, faster quick search experience with Box AI
Box AI will soon be more easily accessible in your search workflow, making it easier to find what you need and pick up right where you left off.
- Ask Box AI in recents: You can now initiate a brand-new Box AI query directly from the Recent Searches dropdown menu.
- Pick-up previous AI sessions: Your recent Box AI search sessions are now accessible directly within the Recent Searches dropdown. You can quickly jump back into a previous session and resume your work in one click.
- Availability: This feature is available to all customers on Enterprise Plus and Enterprise Advanced plans.
New uploads manager in Box
Our updated Uploads Manager delivers a more reliable, accessible, and consistent upload experience across Box.
- Redesigned interface: Enjoy a smaller, cleaner interface with clearer error messages and visible item counts.
- Enhanced control: Take advantage of improved retry and resumable upload actions, as well as the brand-new ability to cancel uploads while they are still in progress (previously, users had to wait for an upload to finish before deleting the item).
- Availability: This feature is available for all Box customers.
A simpler way to manage collections
The updated Collections page gives you a more streamlined way to browse, create, and manage your Collections directly in Box.
- Single-view navigation: Switch between different Collections from a single view, making it easier to move across saved groups of content without leaving the page.
- Direct creation & updates: Create new Collections and add content directly from the main Collections view, reducing the steps needed to organize your important files and folders and helping you build a central workspace more efficiently.
- Availability: This feature is available for all Box customers.
