Box will soon introduce updates to the Audio Player in preview to make it easier for users to review, navigate, and collaborate on audio directly in Box.
What’s Changing:
- Audio preview is now a waveform. The progress bar is replaced by the shape of the file. Play, pause, volume, and speed stay the same.
- Click the waveform to jump to that moment.
- Drag to select a passage and loop it.
- Pinch to zoom, or use the button at the top right, to zoom the waveform in and out horizontally.
- Add a timestamped comment. When the timestamp is selected, that comment shows up as a range on the waveform, with your avatar at that moment.
