    Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. 

    Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.

    Why can't Box fix the known issue of displaying correct storage capacity. Mine has been stuck at 9.5 GB even when my storage is zero. Please advise.

    We are having problem with storage . Still showing that we have plenty but as a team some members are unable to save anything to Box. Deleted loads of stuff .. still no joy. Also there was a massive leap on June 1st in storage usage .. like double.. and I can't see why ?

    I have the same issue. Actual files total approx. 1.5 GB, dashboard shows over 8 GB and warnings that storage is almost full. Can you please run the script to fix? Thank you.

    I've been having this issue for the last month. I manually counted and am using about 7.5 gb, but Box thinks I'm using all 10GB and won't sync files sometimes. Thanks!

    Hi, we have same issue: Storage has less than 10GB, it says 57GB. Can you run the script, please.

    Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts as an attempt to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and item counts.

    We are having the same issue. Our storage shows 1TB/Unlimited, but when I try to upload, I'm getting an error message stating "account storage limit reached"?
